I spent years finding the gaps in culture, systems, and strategy — then building what was needed to close them: recruiting functions scaled to 300+ employees, headcount doubled, millions saved in outsourcing costs. I've built career fairs bringing together 50+ employers and 200+ job seekers, filled networking rooms with everyone from 50 to over 100 professionals, and taken that same energy to the stage as a speaker. Today I bring that same instinct to Elevate, the firm I founded, working with women in business who want an honest read on where they stand. I help them find what's actually holding them back, name the strengths they're not getting credit for, and build businesses and careers that match what they're capable of.
